6. Additional Fees (Other than the Product Price)

This service is a subscription-based web service, so no shipping fees will be incurred. Consumption tax is included in the monthly fee.

The service will be available immediately after the completion of the application process.
(You can access it instantly by logging in from a computer connected to the internet.)

8. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Card Payments：VISA、MasterCard、JCB、American Express、Diners Club
  • Bank Transfer (Invoice Payment)：If you wish to use this option, please contact us separately. Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice issuance date.

9. Timing of Payment

  • Credit Card Payment：The payment is processed at the time the application procedure is completed.
  • Bank Transfer (Invoice Payment)：Please make the payment within 7 days of the invoice issuance date. The service will be provided immediately after payment is confirmed.

10. Returns & Cancellations (Refund Policy)

As this service is a subscription-based digital content service, the following policy generally applies:

1. Cancellations and Refunds Due to Customer Circumstances

  • Due to the nature of the monthly subscription, we are unable to offer refunds for the usage fee of any month once payment has been completed.
  • To cancel your subscription, please complete the cancellation process on your account page at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • Example）

    If you register and complete your credit card payment on May 1st, the usage fee for May 1st to May 31st is non-refundable.

    To stop billing from June onward, you must complete the cancellation process by 23:59 PM on May 31st.

2. Response to Service Unavailability or Malfunctions Due to Company Circumstances

  • If the service becomes unavailable or a critical issue occurs due to reasons attributable to our company, and it is deemed irreparable, we will issue a refund based on a prorated calculation for the affected period, or apply a credit toward the usage fee for the following month or later.
  • To report an issue, please contact our support center via email at: support_member@icc-aiinc.com.We will promptly respond after reviewing the details.

3. Cancellation During the Free Trial Period

  • A free trial is offered upon initial registration.
  • If you do not wish to continue the service, no cancellation procedure is required during the trial period.
  • If you choose not to continue, the service will automatically end after the trial period, and no monthly fee will be charged.
