At all times, companies have been supported by “people.” However, amid globalization and the advancement of DX (digital transformation), recruitment processes remain stuck in the old ways, relying on “experience and intuition.” Because of this, many companies face challenges such as failing to secure necessary talent, rising recruitment and training costs, and decreasing employee retention after hiring.
We at IC Consulting LLC have risen to address this recruitment “gap.” The true suitability and potential of candidates cannot be fully measured by resumes or interviewers’ experiential judgment alone.
Therefore, we have developed a Strategic Recruitment Interview Method based on scientific and objective data-driven approaches. Using a proprietary algorithm that visualizes emotions and thinking patterns, we accurately extract candidates’ “innate qualities that cannot be fabricated,” matching them to the talent profiles companies seek.
I have conducted academic research focused on machine learning and smart cities, presenting my findings at international conferences and in academic journals. Afterwards, I successfully led multiple large-scale projects as a systems engineer/project manager, including convenience store accounting systems, cram school management systems, and talent recruitment platforms.
Drawing on this extensive practical experience and technical expertise, I am now focused on planning and developing “AI specialized in interpersonal communication.”
Our seamless dialogue solution integrates natural language processing with the latest UI technologies. From real-time interviews conducted via AI avatars to comprehensive analysis of applicants’ stress responses and nonverbal cues, we achieve both shorter interview times and improved accuracy.
Moving forward, we will continue to leverage data science and AI technologies to pursue optimal matching between companies and talent. Together with business leaders, we will envision the “future of organizations” and continue co-creating the next generation of recruitment standards.
